2025 Rate Design Consultation: Round 1
Creative Energy is in the early stages of the development of an application to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) to redesign our rates for the Core Thermal Energy System located in downtown Vancouver. We are looking to modernize our rate structure to better reflect how customers use our system and to ensure costs are allocated fairly.
Your input is important in the development of our new rate structure. With your input, we will be able to ensure that any change to our rate structure best reflects the values and needs of our customers.
The consultation process will take place over three rounds. Round 1 of our 2025 Rate Design Consultation will run from May 12 to May 30, 2025.
